Flags at Low Tide

Six small sailing boats in red, yellow, green and blue, each with a red pennant, standing on blue water with long reflections beneath them.

About the Work

The boats remain still, but their flags insist on motion. Reflections stretch and fragment beneath them, making the water feel less like a surface and more like a second, changing version of the scene.
